For our self-study courses
Purchase
Upon purchasing a self-study course, you will have access to the product for one year, with downloadable materials made available as part of the course. If access is required after the year has ended, the course will need to be re-purchased.
Cancellation & Refund policy
The self-study courses are non-refundable.
If, for any reason, BAAT decides to remove the product before a course is completed, then a full refund will be provided.
Certificates
You will receive an e-certificate upon completing the self-study course.
Employer funded purchases
Employer funded bookings are available payable by card and will need to be made via your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free here. Use your company card to complete the payment.
If your employer prefers to pay by invoice, you will need to complete our Invoice Details Request – Course Booking Form, and return it to events@baat.org along with a purchase order number. The booking will be processed by BAAT and an invoice sent to your employer.
Please note, that there will be an additional £10 administration fee for bookings via invoice and that we cannot accept the booking without a purchase order number.
Employer funded bookings are not available to those who hold unemployed or retired BAAT membership.
